Lawrence neisent
Pastor, Communicator, and Mentor
A Life Committed to Faith, Leadership & Impact
For over 30 years, Lawrence Neisent has been dedicated to building the church, equipping leaders, and inspiring people to live with purpose. As the Lead Pastor of Destiny Christian Center in Oklahoma City, he leads a thriving church community, a Christian school serving over 600 students, and a business center that engages with the local community.

But his passion extends beyond the pulpit—Lawrence serves as an advisor, mentor, and elder to multiple churches and organizations, bringing wisdom and strategic insight to faith-based initiatives. His heart is to see people grow, walk in their God-given calling, and impact the world around them.
Faith, Family, and Calling
At the heart of everything Lawrence does is his family. A husband, father, and leader, he believes that ministry starts at home. His faith is deeply rooted in his love for his family, and he strives to lead both in the church and at home with integrity, wisdom, and grace.

Whether speaking on faith, leadership, or transformation, Lawrence’s message always comes back to what matters most—living a life of purpose and building strong relationships that reflect God’s love.
A Voice for This Generation
With a clear and authentic communication style, Lawrence challenges believers to move beyond routine religion and step into a deeper, more meaningful relationship with God. His messages focus on faith, leadership, transformation, and the church’s role in culture today.

As a sought-after speaker, teacher, and consultant, he helps individuals, ministries, and organizations grow in clarity and confidence. Whether through sermons, leadership training, or one-on-one mentorship, his goal is always to build up and send out people who are ready to make an impact.
